We set out to connect those adopted from Chile with their birth families as well as connecting them with the true story behind their adoption. Creating awareness on all levels imaginable and unimaginable. Challenging the international adoption system that didn't work and make constructive changes for future generation. We strive to be a platform that helps adoptees to come to terms and acceptance of their histories. Connecting them through our worldwide network with other (Chilean) #AdopteesWorldwide and anyone else who is or feels connected to them.
I came from the things that have shaped me into the person I am today. With my adoption experience I have found strength to encourage and empower adoptees, to stay strong in what they do best. As the Co-Founder of CAW I wish to unite us, to stay strong together, to make a difference together, because together we have a voice. We are not the children of silence. Together we should fight for our human rights that have been violated. I encourage all adoptees around the world to create awareness and to start the movement of a silent demonstration. Together we seek justice, transparency and peace.
